Our spacious 1,100 square foot penthouse condo, located on the 2nd floor via private staircase, features a full kitchen, dining area, wood-burning fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer + dryer, and a private balcony with gas grill. Bedrooms include: a suite a suite with king bed and a bunk room with 2x twin sized top bunks + 2x twin sized bottom bunks. 2x bathrooms make it easy for everyone to have space for getting ready for a full day (or night). This is a great setup for families or friends (comfortably sleeps 6) to all enjoy time together up in the mountains of Colorado. Unit includes parking for 2x vehicles. This perfectly located condo is in the heart of Avon, walking distance to ski rentals, shopping and delicious restaurants! No car necessary. We are just minutes from the Westin Riverside Gondola as well as a free bus that takes you to Beaver Creek Village. If you are interested in exploring Vail, it is just a 15 minute drive away and our complex offers free shuttle service to/from Vail 3x times a day, 5x days a week. This property is great for ski season, summer and fall with easy access to I-70 and therefore places like Copper Mountain (30 minute drive), Keystone (50 minute drive), Breckenridge (55 minute drive) and Arapahoe Basin (60 minute drive). You can also easily hop over to Eagle (20 minute drive) or Glenwood Springs (incredible hot springs just 50 minutes drive) and of course the other many great hikes, towns, waterfalls and lakes all within a short drive from the beautiful Vail Valley! Restore your muscles (and your mind) in our shared pool, hot tubs and sauna (all year long) after a full day of mountain adventures! Whether you're in town to ski or snowboard, hike, rock climb, cycle or just a perfect mountain getaway, our home offers a cozy place to unwind each night. Be sure to gather round the fireplace and tune in to your favorite show or the big game on our large flat screen tv with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and of course, cable tv. Other Details to Note

Strict No Pet Policy: You will see in the rules section that we do not allow pets. Our HOA only allows unit owners to have pets on premises. They do not allow any guests to bring pets or emotional support animals. They are very strict about this rule and will trespass violators from the property. As such, we do not allow our guests to bring pets or emotional support animals. The absolute only exception to this rule is for service dogs that are covered by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Any request for an exception that is not for a trained service dog will be immediately rejected. It is illegal in the State of Colorado to intentionally misrepresent a pet or an emotional support animal as a service dog. It is a class 2 petty offense and will be prosecuted. If you are bringing a legitimate service dog with you, please know that while comply with all ADA rules regarding service dogs, we expect the same from you too! According to the ADA, a service dog may not be left in a hotel room when its handler leaves the hotel room because the handler must remain in control of the service dog at all times. As such, leaving a service dog at/in our property while you go skiing would be a direct violation of ADA’s guidelines and would be cause for immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation as well as removal from the property without refund.

House Rules

- Please do not wear shoes in the house. - No skis or snowboards in the house. They should be kept in the hallway ski racks. - No smoking in the unit (tobacco, marijuana, etc) - No pets allowed. Service animals are the only exception. Any guests in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the property without refund and/or will be assessed a $150/day fee plus a $100 deep cleaning fee. Note: pet & service animal owners are always liable for any damage to the property caused by the pet or service animal. - No glitter (never again!)

There is also a listing for Après Haus Studio which is for 1BD/1BA of the larger condo. This listing uses an entrance in the rear of the building and has a unique door code. You will have access to the 2BD/2BA portion of the unit as well as all the shared amenities that our complex offers. No one besides you will have access to the 2BD/2BA portion of the unit during your stay. We had a wonderful stay at Jason & Shannon’s Airbnb in Avon. The apartment is extremely well-equipped, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it feel comfortable and easy to settle into right away. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was spotless and felt brand new, which we really appreciated. The location is also fantastic—so close to City Market and other nearby markets, making it very convenient. Jason & Shannon were incredible hosts: communicative, responsive, and truly attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for your diligent work and for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
